PART 5

REGISTRATION AND DE-REGISTRATION OF NAME, EMBLEM, ETC.

Registration

(1) The Commission must establish and maintain a register for the purposes of
this Regulation in such form as it considers appropriate.

(2) The Commission must enter in the register—

   (a)  in relation to an application made by a prescribed body under
        section 8(1) or 24(1) that the Commission has granted—

        (i)    the name and address of the body; and

        (ii)   the subject of application;

   (b)  in relation to an application made by a prescribed person under
        section 9(1) or 25(1) that the Commission has granted—

        (i)    the name of the person; and

        (ii)   the subject of application; and

   (c)  such other particulars as the Commission considers appropriate.

(3) The Chief Electoral Officer must make the register available for
inspection, free of charge, by members of the public during ordinary business
hours at the Registration and Electoral Office.
