ELECTORAL PROCEDURE (VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION) REGULATION - SECT 86
Powers, duties and functions of Director of Home Affairs
(1) The Director of Home Affairs is subject to the directions of the
Commission in the performance of his functions under this Regulation.
(2) The Director of Home Affairs may delegate his powers, duties or functions
under this Regulation to a member of the staff of the Department of Home
Affairs.
