ELECTORAL PROCEDURE (VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION) REGULATION - SECT 79
Employees of candidates shall not act as electoral officers
No person shall, while in the employment of a candidate, act as-
(a) a Returning Officer;
(b) an Assistant Returning Officer;
(c) a Presiding Officer;
(d) a polling officer; or
(e) a counting officer, at an election.
