ELECTORAL PROCEDURE (VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION) REGULATION - SECT 74

Publication of postponement or adjournment of polling or counting

(1) If the Commission directs the postponement or adjournment of-

   (a)  a poll; or

   (b)  the counting of the votes in respect of a poll, it shall publish the
        direction in such manner as it considers practicable.

(2) If a Presiding Officer directs the adjournment of a poll at a
polling station, he shall publish the direction in such manner as he considers
practicable.

(3) If a Returning Officer directs the adjournment of the counting of the
votes at a counting station, he shall publish the direction in such manner as
he considers practicable.
