ELECTORAL PROCEDURE (VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION) REGULATION - SECT 57
Appointment of counting officers
(1) The Director of Home Affairs may appoint such number of counting officers
as he considers appropriate for a counting station to assist the
Returning Officer in counting the votes.
(2) The Returning Officer shall display a list of the names of the counting
officers in a prominent place within the counting station.
