Design of ballot box
PART 5
BALLOT BOXES, BALLOT PAPERS AND VOTING PROCEDURE
A ballot box to be used in a poll shall be so constructed that ballot papers
can be put into it while it is locked but cannot be withdrawn from it without
unlocking it and breaking the sealing device used to seal it.
