ELECTORAL PROCEDURE (VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION) REGULATION - SECT 32

Copy of final register to be supplied to candidates and Returning Officer

(1) As soon as practicable after a nomination form nominating a candidate is
delivered to the Returning Officer, the Electoral  Registration Officer shall
supply to the candidate a copy of the final  register for the Village
concerned.

(2) As soon as practicable after the publication of a notice under section
27(2) of the Election Ordinance, the Electoral Registration  Officer shall
supply to the Returning Officer a copy of the final register for the Village
concerned.

(3) The Electoral Registration Officer may add to the copy of the
final register supplied under subsection (1) or (2) such particulars or
information as that Officer considers appropriate.

(4) Copies of the final register may be supplied in any or all of the
following forms-

   (a)  a printed form;

   (b)  a non-legible form which is capable of being reproduced in a legible
        form by using a computer;

   (c)  any other form determined by the Electoral Registration  Officer.
