ELECTORAL PROCEDURE (VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION) REGULATION - SECT 13

Nomination forms to be available for inspection

A copy of each of the nomination forms received by the Returning Officer shall
be made available for inspection by the public-

   (a)  free of charge;

   (b)  at an office of the Returning Officer specified by him; and

   (c)  during ordinary business hours, until the result of election is
        published under section 36 of the Election Ordinance.
