ELECTORAL PROCEDURE (VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION) REGULATION - SECT 12

Returning Officer to notify decision on validity of nomination

(1) The Returning Officer shall, as soon as practicable after deciding that a
person is validly nominated as a candidate or is not so nominated, send a
written notice of the decision to the person and to each validly nominated
candidate for election for the Village concerned.

(2) A notice under subsection (1) shall be sent to the principal 
residential address of the person concerned contained in the nomination form.
