When to apply for registration in first provisional register and applications received after deadline

PART 3

APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION

(1) A person seeking registration in the first provisional register must make
an application to the ERO, in accordance with section 10, to be received by
the ERO within the period beginning on 1 March 2003 and ending on 21 March
2003.

(2) An application received by the ERO after 21 March 2003, but on or before
30 July 2004, must be treated by the ERO as an application for registration in
the second provisional register.
