ELECTORAL AFFAIRS COMMISSION (REGISTRATION OF ELECTORS) (VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION) REGULATION - SECT 33

ERO to make specified forms available

(1) The ERO must make available the specified forms referred to in
sections 10, 23 and 25 during ordinary business hours at the ERO's office.

(2) The ERO may make available those forms at any other place the ERO
considers appropriate.

(3) The specified forms referred to in subsection (1) must be made available
free of charge.
