ELECTORAL AFFAIRS COMMISSION (REGISTRATION OF ELECTORS) (VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION) REGULATION - SECT 26

ERO to deliver copies of notices of claim and notices of objection to Revising Officer

(1) Every year the ERO must deliver to the Revising Officer, in accordance
with this section, a copy of each notice of objection or notice  of claim
received by the ERO.

(2) The copies of those notices may be delivered in one or more batches as the
ERO considers appropriate. But, all notices received in respect of a
provisional register must be delivered within 3 working days after the last
date for lodging a notice of objection or notice of claim in respect of that
provisional register.
