ELECTORAL AFFAIRS COMMISSION (ELECTORAL PROCEDURE) (ELECTION COMMITTEE) REGULATION - SECT 43

Chief Electoral Officer to delineate polling stations on map and display map outside polling station

(1) The Chief Electoral Officer must delineate each polling station on one or
more maps or plans. The Chief Electoral Officer must display the relevant map
or plan outside each polling station.

(2) The Presiding Officer must demarcate clearly by marks, barriers or other
means as that Officer thinks fit, the polling station in accordance with the
map or plan referred to in subsection (1).

(3) The Chief Electoral Officer and the Presiding Officer must carry out their
functions under this section before the poll commences.
