Chief Electoral Officer to appoint or remove Presiding Officers, etc. for each
polling station (L.N. 114 of 2006)

(1) The Chief Electoral Officer must appoint a person to preside at each
polling station.

(2) The Chief Electoral Officer may appoint, as polling officers, persons that
Officer considers suitable to assist the Presiding Officer in the conduct of a
poll.

(3) The Chief Electoral Officer may, at any time, with reasonable cause revoke
the appointment of any Presiding Officer or polling officer. (L.N. 114 of
