ELECTORAL AFFAIRS COMMISSION (ELECTORAL PROCEDURE) (ELECTION COMMITTEE) REGULATION - SECT 2

Application

Except where otherwise stated, this Regulation, with any necessary
modifications-

   (a)  applies to a supplementary nomination for the religious subsector
        under section 7(2) of the Schedule to the Chief Executive 
        Election Ordinance ( Cap 569) as it applies to a nomination for that
        subsector under section 7(1) of that Schedule; and

   (b)  applies to a subsector by-election as it applies to a subsector 
        ordinary election.
