ELECTORAL AFFAIRS COMMISSION (ELECTORAL PROCEDURE) (DISTRICT COUNCILS) REGULATION - SECT 69
What constitutes an offence at a counting station

(1) A person who films or takes photographs or makes any audio or video
recording within a counting zone of a counting station without the express
permission of-
(a) the Chief Returning Officer or the Returning Officer in charge of the
counting zone; or
(b) any member of the Commission, commits an offence.
(2) A person who fails to comply with a lawful order given by the
Chief Returning Officer or the Returning Officer at or in the vicinity of a
counting station or behaves in a disorderly manner there commits an offence.
(3) A person who commits an offence under this section is liable to a fine at
level 2 and to imprisonment for 3 months.
