Electoral Registration Officer to compile register for the first ordinary election

PART II

STAGES OF AN ELECTION BEFORE THE POLL: ORDINARY ELECTION AND BY-ELECTIONS

Division 1: Publication of Register for the First Ordinary Election

The Electoral Registration Officer must, not later than 2 months before the
date of the first ordinary election, compile a register for that election on
the basis of the geographical constituencies final register which is currently
in effect.
