ELECTORAL AFFAIRS COMMISSION (ELECTORAL PROCEDURE) (LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL) REGULATION - SECT 70

Ballot boxes to be delivered to the central counting station

Caution: This is a past version. See the current version here.

(1) Each Presiding Officer must arrange for the ballot boxes from that
Officer's polling station to be delivered to the central counting  station.

(2) If the counting of the votes for a constituency or the Election 
Committee election is to be conducted at a counting station other than the
central counting station, the Presiding Officer must arrange for the ballot
boxes from that Officer's polling station to be delivered to that other
counting station.
