ELECTORAL AFFAIRS COMMISSION (ELECTORAL PROCEDURE) (LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL) REGULATION - SECT 3

Application

(Past version on 21/01/1998).

(1) Except where otherwise stated, this Regulation applies to a
general election and a by-election.

(2) In their application to a by-election, Parts III and IV are to be read
subject to necessary modifications.
