Returning Officer to make available copies of authorization of election expense agents for public inspection

The Returning Officer must make available for public inspection a copy of each
of the copies of authorizations received by that Officer under section 25. A
copy must be made available for public inspection as soon as practicable after
that Officer receives the copy of the authorization and until the end of the
period for which the return and declaration of election expenses of the
candidate is to be open for inspection under section 29A of the
Corrupt and Illegal Practices Ordinance ( Cap 288).
