ELECTORAL AFFAIRS COMMISSION (ELECTORAL PROCEDURE) (LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL) REGULATION - SECT 26

Returning Officer to make available copies of authorization of election expense agents for public inspection

The Returning Officer must make available for public inspection a copy of each
of the copies of authorizations received by that Officer under section 25. A
copy must be made available for public inspection as soon as practicable after
that Officer receives the copy of the authorization and until the end of the
period for which the copy of the election return lodged by the candidate is
available for inspection under section 41 of the
Elections (Corrupt and Illegal Conduct) Ordinance ( Cap 554).
