Electoral Registration Officer's power to determine the form of the register

(1) Subject to this Part, the Electoral Registration Officer may determine the
form of a functional constituencies register, a subsector  register or an
Election Committee register. (L.N. 200 of 2001)

(2) The Electoral Registration Officer may determine whether an entry relating
to a person in a register referred to in subsection (1) is to be in Chinese or
English in a case which is not provided for in section  6 or 7.
