Communications by registered post

(Past version on 12/11/1997).

If, under this Regulation, any decision, determination, inquiry or other
communication is sent to a person by the Electoral Registration Officer by
registered post, that person is deemed to have received it unless it is
returned through the post undelivered to the addressee.
