Electoral Registration Officer to disregard notification where application for registration is made

If a person makes an application for registration under Part V, the
Electoral Registration Officer must determine the functional constituency or
the subsector for which he, she or it is to be registered (if eligible) on the
basis of that application, regardless of whether that person has or has not
responded to a notification.
