ELECTORAL AFFAIRS COMMISSION (REGISTRATION OF ELECTORS) (LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL GEOGRAPHICAL CONSTITUENCIES) (DISTRICT COUNCIL CONSTITUENCIES) REGULATION - SECT 23

Electoral Registration Officer to make specified forms available

(1) The Electoral Registration Officer must make available the specified forms
referred to in sections 4, 14 and 15 during ordinary business hours at that
Officer's office.

(2) The Electoral Registration Officer may make available those forms at any
other place that Officer considers appropriate.

(3) The specified forms referred to in subsection (1) must be made available
free of charge.
