Declaration of proposed monument

The buildings and the adjoining land situated within the Rural Building Lot
No. 324, No. 128 Pok Fu Lam Road, Hong Kong, delineated and shown edged red on
the plan marked Plan No. HKM7486c to be signed by the Secretary for Home
Affairs and deposited in the Land Registry in accordance with section 2A(4) of
the Ordinance, together with all structures erected on such land are declared
to be a proposed monument for a period of 12 months from 20 April 2007.
