Declaration of proposed monument

The building known as "馬禮遜樓" and its adjoining land within the Hoh Fuk
Tong Centre (also known as Ho Fuk Tong Centre) situated at the Remaining
Portion of Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 117, No. 28 Castle Peak Road, Tuen Mun, New
Territories, delineated and shown edged red on the plan marked Plan No. TMM
2045 signed by the Secretary for Home Affairs and deposited in the Tuen Mun
New Territories Land Registry in accordance with section 2A(4) of the
Ordinance, is declared to be a proposed monument for a period of 12 months
from 11 April 2003.
