plan No. HKM 1, signed by the Secretary for Home Affairs and deposited in

        (b)	the rock carving and adjoining land at Tei Tong Tsui to the 
north-east of Tin Hau Kwo Miu temple delineated and shown edged red on the 
plan marked NTM 1 signed and deposited by the Secretary for the New 
Territories in the Land Registry, in accordance with section 3(4) of the
