ANTIQUITIES (EXCAVATION AND SEARCH) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 4
Application to renew licence
(1) Subject to paragraph (2), an application to renew a licence shall be made
at least 1 month before the date upon which the licence is due to expire and
shall be made in such manner and shall contain such information as the
Authority considers appropriate.
(2) Notwithstanding paragraph (1) the Authority may consider an application
not made within the time prescribed.
