ANTIQUITIES (EXCAVATION AND SEARCH) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 2
Application for licence
(1) Subject to paragraph (2), a person who desires to obtain a licence shall
apply to the Authority in triplicate in Form I in the Schedule at least 2
months before the date upon which the excavation and search is intended to
commence.
(2) Notwithstanding paragraph (1), the Authority may consider an application
not made within the time prescribed.
