Obtaining of evidence and information

The provisions of the Schedule shall have effect in order to-

   (a)  facilitate the obtaining, by or on behalf of the Chief Executive, of
        evidence and information for the purpose of securing compliance with
        or detecting evasion of this Regulation;

   (b)  facilitate the obtaining, by or on behalf of the Chief Executive, of
        evidence in relation to the commission of an offence under this
