UNITED NATIONS SANCTIONS (FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF YUGOSLAVIA) (PROHIBITION ON TERRORIST ACTIVITY) REGULATION - SECT 1

Interpretation

In this Regulation, unless the context otherwise requires-

"Federal Republic of Yugoslavia" (南斯拉夫聯盟共和國) includes
Kosovo;

"terrorist activity" (恐怖主義活動) means any activity involving the
unlawful use of force or violence against persons or property to intimidate or
coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in
furtherance of political or social objectives.

"Federal Republic of Yugoslavia" (南斯拉夫聯盟共和國) includes
Kosovo;
