UNITED NATIONS SANCTIONS (DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF KOREA) REGULATION - SECT 29

Offences in relation to evasion of this Regulation

A person who destroys, mutilates, defaces, secretes or removes any document or
article with intent to evade any of the provisions of this Regulation commits
an offence and is liable—

   (a)  on conviction on indictment to a fine and to imprisonment for 2 years;
        or

   (b)  on summary conviction to a fine at level 6 and to imprisonment for 6
        months.
