UNITED NATIONS SANCTIONS (DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF KOREA) REGULATION - SECT 28
Offences in relation to obstruction of authorized persons, etc.
A person who obstructs another person (including a person acting under the
authority of an authorized officer) in the exercise of his powers under this
Regulation commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine at level 6
and to imprisonment for 6 months.
