UNITED NATIONS SANCTIONS (DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF KOREA) REGULATION - SECT 21

Offences by operator or driver of vehicle

(1) If an operator or driver of a vehicle, without reasonable excuse, refuses
or fails to comply with a request made under section  20 (1)(b) or (c) within
the time specified by an authorized officer or, if no time is specified,
within a reasonable time, the operator or driver commits an offence and is
liable on conviction to a fine at level 6 and to imprisonment for 6 months.

(2) If an operator or driver of a vehicle, in response to a request made under
section 20(1)(b) or (c), provides or produces to an authorized officer any
information, explanation or document that he knows to be false in a material
particular, or recklessly provides or produces to an authorized officer any
information, explanation or document that is false in a material particular,
the operator or driver commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a
fine at level 6 and to imprisonment for 6 months.
