UNITED NATIONS SANCTIONS (DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF KOREA) REGULATION - SECT 18

Offences by charterer, operator or commander of aircraft

(1) If a charterer, operator or commander of an aircraft, without reasonable
excuse, refuses or fails to comply with a request made under section 17(1)(b)
or (2) within the time specified by an authorized officer or, if no time is
specified, within a reasonable time, the charterer, operator or commander
commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine at level 6 and to
imprisonment for 6 months.

(2) If a charterer, operator or commander of an aircraft, in response to a
request made under section 17(1)(b) or (2), provides or produces to an
authorized officer any information, explanation or document that he knows to
be false in a material particular, or recklessly provides or produces to an
authorized officer any information, explanation or document that is false in a
material particular, the charterer, operator or commander commits an offence
and is liable on conviction to a fine at level 6 and to imprisonment for 6
months.
