UNITED NATIONS SANCTIONS (LEBANON) REGULATION - SECT 28

Exercise of powers of Chief Executive

The Chief Executive may, to such extent and subject to such restrictions and
conditions as he may think proper, delegate or authorize the delegation of any
of his powers or functions under this Regulation to any person, or class or
description of persons, approved by him, and references in this Regulation to
the Chief Executive shall be construed accordingly.
