UNITED NATIONS SANCTIONS (LEBANON) REGULATION - SECT 27

Proceedings to be instituted

(1) Proceedings for an offence under this Regulation may only be instituted by
or with the consent of the Secretary for Justice.

(2) Summary proceedings for an offence under this Regulation, being an offence
alleged to have been committed outside the HKSAR, may be commenced at any time
not later than 12 months from the date on which the person charged first
enters the HKSAR after the alleged commission of the offence.
