The following provisions expire at midnight on 15 December 2006—

   (a)  the definitions in section 2, other than the definitions of
        “authorized officer”, “Security Council” and “ship”;

   (b)  sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11;

   (c)  Parts 3, 4 and 5; and

   (d)  sections 36(2) and 37.
