Transitional provisions
TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS (SECTION 92 OF ORDINANCE)
(1) An application under section 92(2) of the Ordinance shall be made on the
specified form.
(2) On an application being made under subsection (1), the Registrar may, if
satisfied that the design is deemed by section 91 of the Ordinance to be
registered under the Ordinance, enter in the Register the particulars referred
to in section 25(1).
