Extension of time

Extension of time

(1) The Registrar may, upon application made on the specified form by the
person or party concerned and upon such notice to any person or party affected
as he may direct, extend or further extend any period of time for doing any
act or taking any proceeding under these Rules, other than the periods
referred to in section 29, on such terms as he may direct.

(2) An extension may be granted under this section notwithstanding that the
period of time in question has already expired.
