Alteration or correction of address

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) A request by any person for the alteration or correction of his address or
address for service entered in the Register or on any document filed at the
Registry shall be made on the specified form or by notice in writing and shall
identify the entry in the Register or the document to which the request
relates. (L.N. 38 of 2004)

(2) If the Registrar is satisfied that the request may be allowed, he shall
cause the Register or document to be altered or corrected accordingly.
