Signature of documents by partnerships, etc.

Filing and service of documents and related matters (L.N. 38 of 2004)

(1) A document signed for or on behalf of a firm shall be signed by its
partners, by any partner stating that he signs on behalf of the firm or by any
other person who satisfies the Registrar that he is authorized to sign the
document.

(2) A document signed for or on behalf of a body corporate shall be signed by
a director or the secretary or other principal officer of the body corporate
or by any other person who satisfies the Registrar that he is authorized to
sign the document.

(3) A document signed for or on behalf of an unincorporated body or
association of persons other than a firm may be signed by any person who
satisfies the Registrar that he is authorized to sign the document.
