REGISTERED DESIGNS RULES - SECT 5
Industrial application of designs
A design is to be regarded for the purposes of section 10 of the Ordinance
as "applied industrially" if it has been applied-
(a) to more than 50 articles which do not all together constitute a single
set of articles; or
(b) to articles manufactured in lengths or pieces, not being handmade
articles.
