Service on Registrar of applications

Applications to court

(1) Where application to the court is made under section 45 or 46 of the
Ordinance for the registration of a design to be revoked, the applicant shall
forthwith serve a copy of the application on the Registrar. (L.N. 38 of 2004)

(2) The Registrar shall enter a notice of the application in the Register.
