Notice of decision

(1) After hearing the party or parties wishing to be heard on an application
under section 37 or, if no party so wishes, without a hearing, the Registrar
shall decide the matter and shall notify all parties of his decision and, if
any party so requests, shall give his reasons for the decision.

(2) For the purpose of any appeal against the Registrar's decision under
section 58 of the Ordinance, the date of the decision shall be the date when
notice of the decision is sent under this section.
