REGISTERED DESIGNS RULES - SECT 41

Evidence in support of application

If the opponent files evidence in accordance with section 40, the applicant
shall, within 3 months from the date of sending of the copy of the opponent's
evidence, file such evidence as he may desire to adduce in support of his
application and shall send to the opponent a copy of that evidence.
