Counter-statement

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) Within 3 months from the date of the sending of the copy of the notice of
opposition under section 38, the applicant shall file a counter-statement in
the specified form setting out the grounds on which he relies as supporting
his application and the facts, if any, alleged in the notice of opposition
which he admits. (L.N. 38 of 2004)

(2) The applicant shall, at the same time as he files the counter-statement,
send a copy of it to the opponent. (L.N. 38 of 2004)
