REGISTERED DESIGNS RULES - SECT 34

Registration of other transactions

(1) Subject to section 64(3) of the Ordinance, application may be made on the
specified form for the registration of particulars concerning any transaction,
instrument or event (other than one referred to in section 33) by virtue of
which the ownership of, or any interest in, a registered design is purportedly
affected.

(2) The application shall contain full particulars of the transaction,
instrument or event.
