REGISTERED DESIGNS RULES - SECT 31

Removal of registration

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) If an application is not filed or the applicable fees are not paid in
accordance with section 29(1) or (2), the Registrar shall remove the design
from the Register.

(2) Notice of the removal of the registration of a design from the Register
shall be published in the official journal. (2 of 2001 s. 27)
